I requested local service centre M/S Bholenath Enterprises, who is one of the authorise service agent of Eureka forbes, Rawatbhata. He sent one of hi mechanic, who changed the cartidge and charcol. As the machine was not functioning, he opened the main control and tried to remove 16 pin socket,. During this operation he suggested that this control panel is not functioning properly, you sent it to shop, where he will do required repair. Subsequently, he mishandled it, cut the cable, connector in the greed of getting AMC or replacement of M/C.
Now he is not responding and troubling me. Please do the needful.

Why do you keep on pasting the same message again and again for any complaint against your products, further why are you not taking any steps to stop customer harrassment your team is causing? Why do you allow customer to reach the peak and post a message here while your services are as good as promised? The entire services system with Eureka Forbes -- Atleast for Purifiers is useless, Change this name -- Without this you are never going to gain the Market share, Aggreived customers like me are not going to allow any known person to buy your product
