I purchased one Aquaguard storage UV in March, 2010. On 6th November, 2010 it has gone faulty. I contacted over phone local service engineer Mr. Sandeep at Agartala. After listening to the observations from he told that the circuit inside has gone faulty which at this moment he is not having but expecting shortly he will. During next one month at least ten times I contacted him but he replied I am yet to receive the circuit from the company. Next I booked four complaints within 15 days on Eureka Forbes website but no response. In this situation I want to file a case in consumer court as warranty period is still valid.
