I purchased a 6L Gas Geyser on 07-01-2012. In next 7 days, it stopped working. I called up customer care and the executive came and changed some switch, saying that the switch has gone bad,so I am replacing it and assured me that you won't have any more problems from now. On 27 Jan 2012, it again stopped working. The switch is not working. After calling Customer Care for lot of times, I somehow managed to get my complain logged.Every time a new number is given, saying that you need to call up this number to get your complain logged. They provided me a complain number 12-1844. The executive who logged the complain,committed that it will be done by evening. I don't know what he meant by this, same day evening, the other day evening or after 10 days.....god knows.....
When I call the numbers I have got , a stupid lady says that the executive will visit your place.
It was heights when they stopped picking my phone and the very next minute, I called from my friends number, they picked the call at one go. Such a pathetic customer service. I don't know how these companies are allowed to sell their products in the market.
A very bad experience with a product which is not even a month old.
Could I expect any help for my issue or tell me the way to teach ARISE a lesson so that no other customer is cheated and throw them out of the market.
When we are talking about India as a developing nation, We should not allow these cheap products in the market.
