I Sambhaji Sawant. I have Windows AC (Model name:- Estrella –e 012(R) (Model No:-GWRAC0012ER-e002)( SR No:-500181343091000754). I Purchase this AC in 21/11/2009. It is in warrant period. I want to do its monthly service so call your authorizes service center (Expert Aircon Services Dahisar east, Mumbai). They came to my home on 09/10/10 and did there work. But after they gone I saw that one wire coming out of my windows AC & its seem that fitting also not done well. Now I scare to switch on the AC. I call that service guys 2 times but they diden’t give me any reply regarding about this. If company like Carrier which is world famous have this kind of customer support then I have to go in Consumer Cort . So its better that you give me answer regarding about my problem. And send company person to my house for inspection of the AC. Waiting for your reply.

i have visit the co. service center.the not eable to repair the top of bag.
free of cost or chrgebale basis. i want proper service from vip bages company.
