I purchased a royal model aqua guard water purifier in eureka forbes
limited located in tuticorin,tamilnadu. I made a amc contract with them for 3 yrs with effect from 26.12.2008 to 24.12.11. I paid rs.2725/- for that. During june 2009 i shifted my house from tuticorin to tirunelvei nearby district(within tamilnadu). I contacted erureka situated in tirunelveli for installation of the same. They came and installed duly collected the installation charges. But they delaying to change the carbon refill for this 1 year from june2009. They said often that they had no refill stock . No they are telling that my file is not yet transfer from tuticorin office. I contacted the tuticorin office where i purchased and made contract the appliance. They said they already transferred. The problem is in tirunelveli district eureka forbes branch. I infromed them about my severe caution would be through consumer forum. But they are not yet responding for that and this is continuing for the past 1 year. The water coming form the purifier is in red colour and i am purchasing bottles for drinking purpose.i need a solution for this . Since i am working i find easier through on line system.
