my complain no is:603786 dated 12 th october.till date none of your executive came to attend the complain.very poor service of this electronic department.
i'd been repeatedly making complain to your customer care executive and another complain on 22nd the no is 634757-nikil attended the call assured to send the executive till date zero response.again i filed a complain on 29th oct one female attended assured to send the executive no response. again I called up to day 5-10min back one idiot executive put me on hold for a long time heard the story and again the other brainless executive attended my call and he cut the phone.

I think the bajaj electrical had kept the executive just to attend the calls and not to attend the complain. In spite of making a good customer base you are lacking behind to give a proper satisfied service.

also when ever the executive came to attend the complain he brings a very poor old quality spare parts this get spoil soon and again we have to run behind the worthless job of complaining and waiting for days together.
