purcd microwave on 3/2/2011 thrpugh invoice no. 201102030279( starcj network), registered complaint on 7/12/11 complaint no-777725 for nonfunctioning, technician told that panel is faulty taken panel with him, with assurance that within 3 days complaint will be resolved , but till now no body turned up, despite repeated call no satisfactory answer given , even area manager contacted but phone off and even not attending call. needs urgent solution
