I purchase a light weight iron on 14.4.2010. the iron has out of order several times. Now i lodge complaint on 16.11.2011 complaint No.717716 but they not attend the complaint. simply says that repair material is not available. or We have no technicians for attending the complaints for outer delhi areas.
