Dear Sir,

I purchased a Bajaj 25 L Majesty Water Heater on 17th January 2010. Since then there has been 5 instances when the product stopped functioning and had to be repaired . It again broke down on 18th of November 2010 and the service guy repaired it on 19th. Within 15 mins after the service guy went away, the product again stopped functioning. Since then I have been calling the service centre again and again but there has been no response from the company. The last three complaint no are as follows Cno-933,Cno -170,Cno-106.From the very next month we bought the heater each and every part of the heater is showing problem.And even after giving service the heater stops working within 15 days .
Kindly help us by guiding in a proper way
