Hi All,

We have purchased the Food Processor of BAJAJ (Product no Fx-11 Food Factory ) from Variety stores Sector no 4,B-3 Shop no 12 ,Shanti Nagar,Mira Road(E).The product was sold to us stating us that the Jars when new were a little tight so when it will be put to use they will get free and can be removed easily .
After some time Jar got jammed in the machine .We called the service centre as well as Variety stores.
Variety stores has nothing to do after selling the product .Service centre people attended the call and confirmed that there is an issue with the jar and took the request to change it.

3 months has passed and i got no response .we cant use the machine eventhogh we have paid the price .
This is how indian companies sell their product.Thatswhy people prefer imported products rather going with indian products bcoz imported products have tight quality control norms and they never compromise on that .

The Fault here is of company(BAJAJ),Dealer,and the service center.
