I purchased Shakti Plus 25 Litre Geyser (Sr. no. 15931, batch no. 1211, GC Sl. no./code no. 002434) on 9.1.2012 vide retail invoice no. 15298 from Electronic House, Jail road, Gumtala Byepass, Amritsar (Ph. 5069122, 5089010). I was charged Rs. 7500/- + 400/- as installation charges. However, to my dismay, I found that the same product is available at HyperCity, (Alpha 1 mall) for only Rs. 5795/-, and from the Authorized dealers of the company for Rs. 5100/-, although the product bears MRP 8295 on the cartoon in which it was supplied. I have been cheated by the vendor, and my repeated requests has yielded no success in getting the excess charges of rs. 2400 back.

I appreciate, if the excess charges are refunded back to me. Looking forward to hear from you.
