I have purchased a bajaj microwave on the 9/10/2010...nt evn a month completed...my
microwave circulatin glass plate bursted,,,,while i was bakin a puddin,,,my glass dish in wich my puddin was being made is intact,,,tht did nt burst,,,n ths revolvin glass plate bursted,,,in 6 pieces,,,n when i complained,,,they totally denied tht somethng like ths can happen,,,n it was somehw my mistake,,,i still did nt argue,,n askd fr a chk up on the machine,,which the service centre guy came but did nt chk n askd me fr 530/- fr the glass,tray,,,nw my worry is tht if within a month the glass tray bursts out n which i no is nt my fault,,thn who gives the gaurentee fr the same nt happennin as i hav a 5 yr old kid at home,,as the service guys r very indiffrnt towards the compalin ,n havnt sent anyone wit the tray as well,,,,evn tho i hav agreed to pay,,,all i wantd was someone to chk the machine as to why the glass bursted,while cookin,
