I want to say that I have purchased BAJAJ Personal Cooler from Star CJ. I paid 4500 for that, but that cooler which I received had a problem thats why I replaced it but that cooler also not worked, so I have gave the request(28th May 2010) for money back in customer care of Star CJ. he gave me 5 working days time period, but till now they didnt take this cooler and whenever I called him they didnt give me any resolution for that they said please sir give me some time more.
It's my humble request Sir please take some action against him.

This mail is regarding the Pathetic service provide by you to me while doing shopping from your Company.
I ordered a product a Benetton Super Value kit on 08-august-2010 and made a payment through Credit card.
Already launched so many complaints for the same concern but still product delivered. every time i called up customer care they provide 24 Hrs Tat for the same . Today i had a word with munish, bhupinder and yesterday also i had a word with them both of them promise to arrange a call back but still not a single call received from your end.

I also have similar complain. I have ordered a Bajaj Grill convection which i have still not received and am planning to move to consumer court against them. This is the only way to teach them lesson

Respected Sir,
I had brought sony ericsson yendo cell phone from Star Cj on 22-05-2011 of Rs.5600 but it had incurred some problems when started using so i went to sony ericsson service center. People working their told me to replace the cell phone as it was in replacement period. So they issued me DOA letter and they told me to produce this letter to retailer from where i bought the cell phone, so i called up in Star cj and told them the about cell phone and they told me to give them 2 days time so i waited till 27-05-2011 but they didn't call me back. So i called them again on 27-05-2011 night they again said same thing but didn't reply i called them 15th to 20th times but till date didn't reply i have also send them copy of DOA letter on 2-06-2011 them they didn't reply for that also. I have also wrote the complaint to "Gajo Grahak Gajo" aganist star cj. I have been calling star cj till date but they didn't respond. So i request you to kindly respond to above subject.

I am trying to get my complete order from more than 2 months now from startcj site.

I have ordered for two products from startcj site on 8th oct and I only got one product on 18th oct. When I enquire about the product, I was told that the other product will be delivered with in two days. After that I was trying to get the status each and every day from the call center. They are not even doing the proper action, not even reembursing my money back.

Delivered item: poppy set
undelivered item: inalsa food processor

I have already paid for both the products and right now I am thinking that my money is stuck into this site. If they are not able to process the order completely, then I want my refund back for the item which was not delivered. I want to raise a compain regarding this.

Buying a cooler from Star CJ is nothing but foolishness. Why did you have to buy a big product like that before meeting the supplier face to face. Now I am sure they will not reciprocate, but you keep calling. Also, instead of a personal cooler you should go for a Daikin India's Floor Standing AC. It will be much more efficient.
