Dear Sir- Sukam Battery of my invertor got defected and submited the complaint with Sukam Customer Care Centre on 26.6.2010. against complaint no. 1106306637 after my so many calls a person from Sukam came and found the battery defected and promised me that battery will be replaced with in three days. I have contacted so many persons of Sukam everyone gave only assurance to replace battery with in two or three days but nobody take care of my problem. I have complaint Mr. Sanjiv Kapil (9996024001), Mr. Joginder (9354631418), Ms. Seema (9354631425), Mr. K. Sanjeev G.M. 996024001 but nobody bother of Sukam Reputation and customer problem. As per rule the Battery has to be replaced within 3 days. In this kind of service the company should get back the invertor and battery and refund my money. Is this kind of service Sukam is giving to its customers. They should change their name from SUKAM TO KUKAM.
