    Default Battery Complaint not attended even after 1month by SUKAM

    Dear Sir- Sukam Battery of my invertor got defected and submited the complaint with Sukam Customer Care Centre on 26.6.2010. against complaint no. 1106306637 after my so many calls a person from Sukam came and found the battery defected and promised me that battery will be replaced with in three days. I have contacted so many persons of Sukam everyone gave only assurance to replace battery with in two or three days but nobody take care of my problem. I have complaint Mr. Sanjiv Kapil (9996024001), Mr. Joginder (9354631418), Ms. Seema (9354631425), Mr. K. Sanjeev G.M. 996024001 but nobody bother of Sukam Reputation and customer problem. As per rule the Battery has to be replaced within 3 days. In this kind of service the company should get back the invertor and battery and refund my money. Is this kind of service Sukam is giving to its customers. They should change their name from SUKAM TO KUKAM.

    Default su kam inverter

    hi,
    i am having a su-kam inverter and it developed battery problem. I complaint on 12 july, the battery was checked on 14 and was assured of a replacement which has not till now occured. i have made quite a few no. of calls. Since i reside in gzb and face eleltricity problem i have been losing business, which has been sizable. I am seriously considering taking this to consumer court. My advice , DONT BUY SU KAM INVERTER. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.

    Our dealer visited your place on 04.08.2010 and replaced the faulty SMF battery 150AH. Hope the problem has been resolved now.

    Default su-kam did not provide any help in warranty period.

    My Father: Mr. Sudhir Prasad bought the su-kam sine wave inverter.

    date of purchasing:6th July 2008
    serial no.-290506287. it is a dry battery inverter, and in this model, the battery is inside the casing of inverter itself.
    capacity-800VA/12V
    total warranty: 2years on all parts
    problem is that when it was in it's last 6 months of it's warrany period , i.e. 2 years, it stopped givin back up, even when we ran it on less load. we talked to the retailer but he said that there is some problem with the inverter, he told us that he'd call the engineer but he never called . this inverter was always a painful experience, even in it's earlier days,
    it never gave a good back up. it was always giving buzzes of overload.

    Angry Sukam Battery Problem

    I bought Sukam Battery in Nov 2010, and now it is not working properly, I made a complaint on Sukam Customer care, complaint no is: 1207640549

    One company eng. visit to my Home and found that Battery is not working properly and giving us Backup of only 1:30 Hours. He asked me about the Guarantee Card and receipt, but because I was relocated from different place I lost the Guarantee Card and asked him to tell me the procedure so that my Battery get replaced, but he told me that Sukam will not change the battery until and unless you do not have the Guarantee card. This is something ridiculous, if someone lost the guarantee card, Sukam is not able to check its record with the Battery number, when battery was purchased. Also, if replying the mail to Sukam regarding this issue did not get any response till now. Now I am going to purchase new battery, and I will advice my all relatives and friends not to by anything which is name as SUKAM, because this name means fraud.
