Hi,

I am a customer of Bharat Gas (Sachin Gas Service), and my consumer no. is 18645. i booked my cylinder on 16.10.11 but today is already 3.11.11 but i have not received my cylinder. i am calling the landline nos. of sachin gas service but nobody is responding calls.phone nos. are 011-26462463/011-26211041/011-26226049.whereas i have also spoken to the consumers of Indane Gas service, they receive cyllinder within one week time.

Even i have complaint regarding the same in Bharat Gas's website but again no response. If this hapens to be the situation how will consumer survive?People who sell cylinders in black how they get cylinders to sell?whereas general public are not getting the same on time?
