Dear Sir,

I got the problem for second time on purchasing from Big Bazar, Durgapur.

The first one was with KORYO make Micro wave oven and now it is with Prestige make PRESSURE COOKER.

Purchesed one prestiage pressure cooker of 3 lit. red colour from Big Bazar Durgapur on dtd 20.02.2011. The gas was leaking from the gas kit in the second use. They replaced the gas kit on dtd. 22.02.201 and 27.02.2011. When I faced the same problem for thire time on 6th mar. they told to keep with them and The Prestige technician will look into the mater. For fourth time I went to Big Bazar on 13th mar. They told me to come on 17th mar to collect it since the technician is ill.

On 17th they are telling me to submit the guarantee card so that it will go to Kolkata works.

I stay at bidhannagar, which is 8 Kms away from Big bazar, city centre.

After 10 times up & down i.e. 80 kms running by my car and with such harashment also they don't agre for replacement.

Please do the needful.
