Big Bazar came up with an offer for Toshiba 32 ' LCD from 11 to 15 Aug,10. I bought the TV from Big Bazar at the Pondi bazar, T-Nagar Showroom. They took the full payment and said the TV would be delivered within 10 days. Upon making numerous calls and following up with no proper response from their end, TV was delivered on 6th of September. For the past three days, I've been trying to contact them to mount and install the TV set. I was promised that it would be installed the same evening it was delivered. There is still no response and nobody is answering my calls since. It is utter negligence and and inconsiderate behaviour, and I demand full compensation with interest for the excessive waiting period.
