I got a valid coupon from Philips (home theater) of BIGflix offer for 6 month ,whenever I called in the customer care in BIGFLIX to register this coupon ,they totally ignored that issue..and one of them told me that they cannot provide the cd for 6 month.

according to the coupon(offer), they will provide me movie DVD during up to next 6 month..but till now my coupon is not validate or not registered that’s why I loose 9 days from the offer.
