Last week 16-05-2011 I bought 4 air conditioner with Vasath & Co. Royapuram. Same day myself and dealer has logged service request for installation (Service Request# 1705201121469)
I had received call from your installation dealer Gold Chain and they send one person for installation and they charged Rs, 1500.
18-05-2011 2 person came for installation and they took around 15 hours for 1 AC machine installation finally they installed just out door unit and damaged my indoor unit .
Installation person request to change the stabilizer and I changed on 19-05-2011 and I called lot and lot more time to dealer and installation person to install stabilizer and demo for AC Machine. They refuse to come to install the stabilizer and run my AC

No More words to express my anger!

Dear Sathish Kumar Uthanda- first of all you must never ever invest so much of your money in relatively new brand like Blue Star, especially when we have such big ac giants like Samsung, LG, Toshiba, Career Daikin India etc. Anyhow, now please don't let them go like this. Make sure you give them back the trouble they have given to you and get you ac installed and also take the price of the damage caused by the.
