I have purchased BSA street rider on 17/07/2009 from Imperial Cycles,53/2, Deshbandhu Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005. Today I am facing one of the worst after sale service from BSA Motors. I went to Imperial cycle for my street rider paid service. I was ready to pay any amount for my street rider service. It is in very bad condition. But the owner of Imperial cycles refused to take my BSA street rider and said we won't accept any electric bike after 12 P.M. Because of them we suffers alot. I will not recommend anyone in future to purchase any product of BSA motors just because of BSA service.

SERVICING & MAINTAIN CE FROM YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER TIME TO TIME UNDER WARRANTY & EVEN OUT OF WARRANTY.

BUT WE ARE FACING WITH BRAKE & FORK PROBLEM.WE HAVE NO ISSUES WITH YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.THEY ARE PROMPT & SINCERE.

WE HAVE GIVEN OUR eSCOOTER FOR FORK & BRAKE PROBLEM TO AASPIRATIONS EBIKE, PAUD ROAD, PUNE ON 16.1.2011.EVERY AFTER 1 OR 2 DAYS THEY WERE INFORMING US ABOUT TEH PROGRESS OF THE WORK.THEY WERE TRYING TO REPAIR THE FORK FROM LOCAL PERSON,BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESULTS.ULTIMATELY THEY REPLACE THE NEW FORK ON CHARGEABLE BASIS.

I FELL TO UNDERSTAND HOW FORK CAN CONKED OUT WITHIN 14 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT & WHEN THE SPEED IS NOT MORE THAN 35 kms/hr?WHY THE BRAKING SYSTEM NOT PERFECT THAT IT REQUIRES ADJUSTMENT EVERY AFTER 15/20 DAYS ?

KINDLY CONSIDER THE THINGS & REPLACE THE FORK ON FREE OF COST BASIS.WE HAVE PAID Rs 983/- TO YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.PL CHECK BRACKING SYSTEM TOO.

I have a bsa street rider and i am using for about a year now, i have been facing problems wit my bike from the start just the day after bought the bike the brake lamp was not working so i had to fix it
then after i few months the brake wire got cut so i had to pay myself to fix it and now the bike is not starting when i made it known to showroom owner, he says to get the bike to the showroom itself to fix it how can i get the bike to the showroom when its not starting was my question to him so now he's telling that i have to come to the showroom pick up the mechanic and drop him back...... this is what you call service?????????
BSA has the worst service that i have seen till date................
