This refers to the Aqua guard Booster purchased from the sales person of Eureka Forbes 'Ratan Mishra (CSS Code:9019038) of Vasai branch, Bill no.:204-019756 dt. 24/08/09.

I purchased the product which had a scheme of 2 years free service after installation, as told by the Eureka Forbes sales person 'Ratan Mishra (CSS Code:9019038) at the time of purchase, which is already mentioned in the bill. I was committed of getting the product within 5 days. But nothing was received until 10 days. My all phone calls were unattended or rejected by the sales person & by the branch office.I did lot many follow ups & complaining, then too I didn't get my product delivered.

Finally, after giving the final warning to the head of the Vasai office 'Shahaji Londhe' of me going to the consumer court & by complaining online on Eureka Forbes website, I got my product delivered by the end of September. Also he gave me the commitment for getting the product installed at the earliest & 2 years free service after installation as committed at the time of purchase, for which Eureka Forbes shall bear the loss of extra one year free service.

After doing continuous follow-ups my machine was not installed. I did continuous follow up with both Ratan Mishra & Shahaji Londhe, but all in vain. I was been committed twice for the installation by 'Ratan Mishra' , but no service person turned up for installation.

Finally, after approaching to 'Ashok Lopez', service head of Vasai branch on 27/10/09, I was being told that Machine can be installed sooner but I shall get only 1 year of free service. Whereas, the product was been offered to me by the Sales person Ratan Mishra (CSS Code: 9019038) for 2 years of free service, which was already mentioned on the bill.
Finally, I was asked by 'Ashok Lopez' to get the machine installed & the matter shall be settled later either by extending the service by one year or by refunding the one year's service amount. But, he too cheated me by getting his work done of installation.

Later when I was been directed to Owain on 1 Dec 2009, the person who took over my matter. He committed me of extending the service by one more year, i.e. 2 years free service. I asked everything in writing, but I was told there was no need & the same shall be updated in their records. Then too I asked in writing, but until this position no one dared to give me the commitments in writing.

Now when the service person of Eureka Forbes visited my place on 26-July-2010 for service, he says my service will lapse on 27-Aug-2010 (1 year of bill date) & not for 2 years from the installation date (November 2011) or either November 2010 (if one year service amount is returned).

Even though paying for the product, I am not getting what I was committed. I don't expect such a big corporate firm can prey the customer by doing cheap & false commitment only to get their product being sold in the market & compete in market with the competitors. I am very badly disturbed by all the above things, which caused personal losses to me.

I have all the communications mails with me which I had during interactions with Eureka Forbes. Hence all the above mentioned details can be verified with the mails & can be treated as evidence.

Hence, I request EUREKA FORBES to take sincere action & get the things done whatever is committed to me within 2 working days or else, I am forced to approach consumer grievance court. EUREKA FORBES shall remain responsible & shall bear all the expenses & shall also repay the losses incurred to me due to the above, if no action is taken in next 2 working days.
