Subject- Regarding problem for 35 months bond maturity against Plasma TV.

Sir,

I have purchase Videocon 34 jumbo TV with a bond entitled for plasma TV after 35 months of purchasing date.
But now after maturity of the bond, we can not get the plasma TV which is said by Mr. Abhay( Concerned Bond Manager), office situated at RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh.
Mr. Abhay is saying that Company has already stopped to manufacturing Plasma TV on behalf of that he is offering me any other product of Videocon.
But my problem is that company now giving me very less bond value as compared actual which is written in bond conditions.
There are 3 conditions to get plasma TV which is written in bond are follows:-
1) If we get plasma TV after completion of 12 months, then we have to submit bond + Rs. 18990/-
2) If we get plasma TV after completion of 24 months, then we have to submit bond + Rs. 14990/-
3) If we get plasma TV after completion of 35 months, then we have to submit Only bond
At Present company offering me Bond value only Rs. 11500/-(After deduction of taxes and transportation), But please note that according to above 3 conditions bond value must be higher than at present given value by the company.
So, my main point of focus is that either company should provide my plasma TV as per bond or { if company does not provide plasma TV which is written in bond) then company should provide me exact value of the bond to enabled other product of same company.

Unfortunately company not providing me plasma TV or exact value of bond to get other products. I have already mailed 2 times on company email-bmo@videoconmail.com & call Aurangabad tel.no.-02431251501 but still didn’t get any feedback.

I have full faith for Videocon as a customer and by this type of lethargic attitude killing confidence against Videocon which is very bad impression on the brand of Videocon.

I have all related documents i.e. bond, purchasing receipt & other relevant documents.
