We brought a chimney in a exchange offer from the Balaji Traders , dwarka, ...He told us in exchange , he will take 1000 rs less...so we gave him our old chimney , then at that time...we forgot to ask him to deduct 1000 rs, so we paid for new chimney and also gave him old one ...After a day , We asked him to deduct 1000 rs ..He said exchange offer was on other brand and then we asked him to return back our old chimney....He said he will sent it...But till the time( almost 1.5 months )...he havnt sent it....we cald him many times and even visited to his shop...he insulted us using bad language.......Please advice us what to do with him...We are now not bother about our chimney , we are more bothered as he has given us metal tension.
