I purchased a Sony home theatre from chroma on 28 October, 2011 and today being 2 November, 2011 I have not yet received my Home Theatre. I have also made full payment. I think chroma has done a theft of my product and also has stole my money.

Consumer service desk people and also ADM has confirmed about the delivery on 29 October 2011, 30 October 2011, 31 October 2011, 1 November 2011, 2 November 2011. I was also confirmed with the driver that it would be delievered on 2 November 2011 before 10.30 PM. The driver has switched off its mobile phone.
