i purchased the new fridge of electrolux EDE234 on date 29.06.2010 from NEXT RETAIL SHOP,jail road,new delhi - 110064
my problem was that my frigde is not working on 03.07.2010 afternoon after that i log the complaint on costumer care(03.07.2010) service engineer comes to me on 05.07.2010 evening then he told me the compressor is foulty this proble solution is refilling of gas in compressor but i am not agree to repair them in 3 days after that i requested to engineer or costumer care please replace my fridge but the both service provider is unable to give good responce or solution but i suffering from this problem so i requested to you solve my proble fast.please replaced my fridge

i Narender singh resident of house no.10,sector 15, part 1, guragon, brought 2 electrolux ac's on 20/4/2007 from chitra electronics, old delhi road, near sector 12, guragon.i have been facing many problems in ac which is not been solved since 10 days after complaning so many times .my request no. is GUR0107100578. i have been calling coustmer service again and again but they are not taking any intrest in solving my problem they just give excuses and keep down the phone .i will be very thankfull if u take some strict action against electrolux company.
