Dear sir

I bought a LG LH20 LCD television in 20 of December 2009. my television is in warranty period . My television doesn't work because of some part of the TV is damaged. I call so many times to the customer care services of LG but they didn't give any response . Thay said that he dont have the part which is damaged in my television .
