We are a Government organisation. Two nos. of split window AC was purchased fromCarreier Airconditioning & Refigation Ltd , rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar on 09.05.09 Bill no 3609100162, Sl no. 16091000294 &295.
This waschased in the name of Principal, Womens polytechnic, bhubaneswar.

Coplain - From the day of installation the water from AC is leaking from both of the AC into the room. Though we are complainingthe same, but the nobody is responding to our coplain. Now the AC is not in use as the room is flooded with water once the AC is on

So we request you to instruct your people to take immrdiate meassure before the matter is reported to higher authority in the Government.
