    Default Complaint about Pure it Helpline and consequencies

    After lots of telephonic calls to customer care helpline, we had not received any kind of assistance or feedback from your team. Rather the CRM software is not able to send SMS on time or your staff wasting time sitting in customer care center or not qualified to use the software properly or n number of other reasons but finally I could conclude that this is not your "HELPLINE". The last SMS I received states "Your complaint had been attended" but there is no such activity happened. Moreover, now after 10 attempts to reach your customer care, the calls were disconnected as soon as I submit my name or number. I am eager to the extent that give me the address of HUL manufacturing unit or dealers name to get the same job done. I will do rest of the needful things but there is no resopnse. My name is PREET SINGH RISHI and my number is 9810220447.

    This is the complaint submitted to Pureit but there is no response at all. Please Suggest.

    sir,
    my self saravanan( 9894299497) , had booked a complaint regard filter change one week before but ur company expert attended the complaint so far they did n't change the filter . we had no follow up
    kindly make better in ur service

    Sir/Mam,
    It is to mention that I have called Pure It Help Line/ Customer Care No. 9212500600 and word with Sh. Ravindra on 5&7 June,2010 for change of my Pure It Battery. Sorry to say that till date no one has turned up to change the battery...what to do....????? and whome to contact.
    Looking forward for prompt action on the aforesaid matter.

    It is to mention that I have called Pure It Help Line/ Customer Care No. 9212500600 on 12 july2010 for changing my battery kit.......
    complaint no. S10/DLI2171036153
    And AGAIN complaint.no.C102441627,.Again complaint no.C102451024.......
    Sorry to say that till date no one has turned up to change the battery...what to do....????? and whom
    to contact.
    and again call to Mr.javed and he is not responding to my complaint on 19 july 2010
    if u not delver kit tommorow i will go to consumer court.....................

    telling something about pure it water purifier : i found it should be marketed properly if i can buy a pure it from market what is the reason i can not change battery kit from the market: i am facing extreme difficulties to change it so make something about it urgently for other customer too.....if i can change it from market and i dont know the place please inform me my no is 9230033500

    Default Regarding germ kill battery kit

    I had booked a GKB kit 2250L (Rs 510/-) for my kanpur house order no.
    S10/KAN2328-019766 on 21-10-2010 and recieved a message that executive
    will visit in next 72 hrs. I recieved a message on 21-10-2010 again
    that a GKB kit order no. S10/LKO2250-024687 has been booked (for which
    i never requested) and an executive will visit in next 72hrs. Although
    i have a house in LKO having Pureit but there is no need for GKB kit
    now. Also that i had specified in order that i require for kanpur only
    but no request was entertained. No executive visited neither at kanpur
    or lucknow till date. The kanpur staff is also very irresponsive and
    ill mannered as faced previously (After 10 calls throughout day he
    visited finally at 8:30pm odd time). I felt the same several times
    previously and so requested for new consumer ID but recieved no
    response. The water conditions are worse in kanpur and leaves me with
    no option to throw pureit out and buy any other purifier. i could
    still not believe that Hindustan Unilever being the top most company
    cannot handle consumer issues. Kindly suggest the action.

    Default Battery kit & top filter

    Since one month has passed i am in contact with your Pureit representative at Talegaon-dabhade for replacing the battery kit & Filter at top. I think I am being negleted giving many reasons like much of work load & no battery in stock, I am out of station & so on. What excatly should I think about pureit services? Is there only one representative in our area that he has so much of work load so he could not attend my complaint. After so many reminders to your representative finally I had called your helpline number 18601801000 on 25.04.2011 & I was told that your kit will be delivered within one working day. Till today i.e. 29.04.2011 your one working day has not come. On 28.04.2011 I spend the whole evening at hme waiting for your representative to come because he had called me at 13.40 hrs & told that I will come in the evening at about 19.00 hrs. Then he told me that i am going to collect the filter to Nashik Phata & visit your place at 20.30 hrs. At 21.02 hrs when I called him he told me that I will come tommorrow i.e. today. It is very disgusting on you service part. Please reply to my query that what action have you taken on rsnadkar@tatapower.com

    There was a mesage from your side that my address is not tracable. 3 time your representative has changed the battery & you are telling that my adress is not tracable. More disgusting reason I have heard.

    Dear sir,
    I am puchareing pureit in home purpose. you company good well. I wish you thank is for i got good water .But now water not purefiled .Iam call to local purchase shop but shop people notcare in you company. Please take action to my problem. I staying in mayiladuthurai in Tamil nadu.

    I had called your helpline number and requested for battery change . U told tat u ll replace within one working day . But fifteen days gone after tat day and til now no action from your side . Again i called twice for reminding . Worst PART s you charging 2 rupees per minute in your helpline . India's very worst company !

    Default 3rd RATED 'AFTER SALES SERVICE' DELIVERING COMPANY

    To the HUL / Pure it - management

    You are really showing me a company which is the most incredible company in the world. HUL is on the best way to get a special chapter when I will write my memoir one day. I have to express my deep concern and displeasure about how HUL is delivering ‘after sales service’.

    It seams, that commitments given by HUL have no worth at all. Your company is a real nightmare for every customer and your employees (in helpline) are not afraid to lie direct into our ears.

    I have really enough of the monkey business shown by HUL. I'm sick and tired to speak and pray with your help line that is skilled in CHEATING us.

    These are the few replies I got from your helpline instead of Battery kit:
    -It will come in 2 days…
    -It will come in 3 days…
    -we will send it as early as possible…
    -(21st July'11—male voice)

    For how stupid do you rate us? At this stage I have no patience anymore for games. If you cannot deliver battery kit, take back this BULLSHIT u sold us and return our money back.

    You should have a look to your company’s rules and policies. Especially customer’s satisfaction and HUL's commitment to after sales service in keeping promises to customers?

    Till now I received no response at my earlier complaint and that shows me that PURE IT is not willing to improve their service.

    Purifier is leaking at the lower chamber and registered a complaint C113509565 since 20 days no one has turned up..very frustrating..called several times..no response from them..It's a brand new piece
