    Default Complaint AC model Vertis plus1.5 Ton WDW from R.C.Bahuguna,

    I have bought 1.5 ton AC Model Vertis plus WDW from Rajat Electornics shop no.2 Bhawani Market Atta
    Sec.27,NOIDA vide Invoice No.RE10-02246 dated 11.07.2010,Sales man Naveen Jha. From day 1 itself
    problem started Electrician not technician who came was unable to identify the root cause as AC did not start.when contacted the salesman sent a technician. I was told by technician this set is faulty it is to be replaced. when spoke to people concerned there was no clear explaination I was told gas is to be refilled.
    On 29.7.2010 dealer sent another man with old ac I asked him to bring the new one. he took that ac.
    Even after 18 days AC is not at all colling I bought the AC as doctor advised my son who met with road
    accident recently and hospitalized in the metro hospital Noida. I am still waiting my AC to deliver cool air even
    after spending 21,000 including stabliser. This is a big fraud cheating I am mailing same to voltas if I am not
    getting the new ac I am moving to the consumer court..

    Default Comaplaint against rajat electronics noida and voltas company for suplying faulty ac

    Please refer to my complaint no.10JL1801093(dated 29thJuly,2010) of AC model Vertis plus1.5 Ton WDW from R.C.Bahuguna. It is pertinent to state that said complaint No. was given by Sh. Naveen Jha, Sales Man of the Rajat Electornics,Noida.

    As intimated earlier,I have bought 1.5 ton AC Model Vertis plus WDW from Rajat Electornics shop no.2 Bhawani Market Atta,
    Sec.27,NOIDA vide Invoice No.RE10-02246 dated 11.07.2010,Sales man Naveen Jha. From day 1 itself
    problem started in the said newly purchased AC.After installation of said AC by the Rajat Electornics said AC did not start properly.I my self and wife have been visiting concerned shop and have been complainting verablly and also reminded shopowner Sh Atama Ram and one Sh.Jha a employee of the said shop on phone also but till date no action is taken by shopkeeper and the Company. We have been hiring private vehicles and at time Rikhswalls to visite the concerned shop for making personal request to replace AC but all proved to be in van. In fact we have been given a faulty AC delibertely and intentionally. I was told by technician on the very first date of installation, when this AC was installed, and that AC did not function properly, that this set is completely faulty and it is required to be replaced by them as compresor and some one more device of the AC is faulty.

    Knowing this fact fully well that AC, in question, is completely faulty,shopkeeper sent one Hira and another person named Naveen Jha, his salesman with a another AC to replace AC instaled on 11.7.2010. To my utter surprse, I was shocked to see old AC since its body was very much old and it was made with some other stuff. One can make clear distinction with old and new AC. I did allow them to install this second hand AC sent by the shopkeeper thorugh S/Shri Naveen Jha and Hera. It is nothing but a clear cut fraud played by the shopkeeper and the Voltas company. I phoned to shopkeeper and again made a humble request to shopkeeper and Sh.Jha about the replacement of AC but both have declined my requet to replace the defective AC in question. My brother also phoned to Voltas but they too did not listion to my complaint made on the phone. I am also dismayed and the surprised at the behaviour of peple of shop in question towards consumers.

    Sir, I have purchased this AC since my son has suddenly met with an accident recently and my son was also remained hospitlised and under these humid condition my son could not cop up with hot environment owing to his illness therefore, I have decided to purchase AC in question.Since, 11.07.10 to till date, I have been requesting shopkeeper and Voltas company to replace said AC but both are harassing me and my family phyiscally, mentally and financily by not replacing AC. I have also phoned to Voltas company several times but neither shopkeeper nor company have paid any heed to my repeated humble request for replacement of defective AC in quetion. I once again request you to kindly at once replace the AC and install new AC. If my AC is not replaced by you,I will be forced by you to go to Consumer Forum convenient to me and my family.

    Default Bluestar ac :poor product quality & customer service

    Following is excerpts of Mail sent to M/s BLUESTAR AC Deptt

    Dear Sir,

    On 30.05.11, I had booked subject AC from distributor M/s VEDOM’S ,Gokulpeth Market, Nagpur-440010. The distributor had promised me to install AC on same day by 2.30 p.m.

    Please note the reason we purchased AC was that we had visitors at our home & wanted them to have good rest at night given extreme weather of Nagpur city.

    Unfortunately, the system came after repeated follow ups at 6 p.m , promising that technician for installation shall reach by 8 p.m. After our repeated calls the technician didn’t come on 30.05.11. Even dealer stopped attending our calls as if he is least interested in attending to the problem.

    Yesterday , on 31.05.11,after repeatedly following up with dealer & their technician , the unit was finally installed by 5 p.m. Immediately , after installation , we found that the air guider is not working & same was shown to their representative who promised that someone shall be attending to that problem.

    Today, when I checked up with the dealer regarding status of my problem, they expressed total unawareness. Ultimately , I called up Blue Star Service centre at Nagpur spoke to Mr Amit who registered my problem with customer care & provided the ticket no.

    Again same problem repeated, while I desperately calling up BlueStar’s representative Mr Vikram (Mob : 9823040963) , he repeatedly promising that technician shall reach by 1 hr/by 2.30 p.m /by 4 p.m /by 6.30 pm. Ultimately he gave me the mob no of Mr Nitin Mob : 8087741953. Till writing of this complaint i.e 6.45 pm no one has turned up from BLUESTAR.

    I have following issues to address :

    1. The Service levels of your Dealer are pathetic & lack professional approach.
    2. Your Product Quality is very Poor . Incidentally, this was my first experience of owning BLUESTAR products which has left poor impression on my mind
    3. Lackadaisical attitude of your staff at Nagpur Office.

    This is my final effort for redressal of above issues, failing which we shall be constrained to return your product & claim refund. We hope that your good self shall look into the matter & resolve the same at the earliest.
