dear Sir,
I bought one ton VOLTAS SPLIT A/C on 9th May-2010 at my home in New Panvel -Navi Mumbai .
I bought this unit from V.N.Electroworld ,KHanda colony,New Panvel.
they sent their person to install it on 12th May-2010.
After Installation it was find that It was not working because it had no Gas in it.
after 2 days dealr sent his person with GAS and filled it.
A.C stopped working again by 16th MAY as there was some other defect so we complaib to them and one mechanic came and he infomed some internal wiring was loose and he tight it to make it work for time being..

on 17th May it syopped cooling .. again we launched various complaints and defect came to know that there was gas leak in A/C.
I asked Dealer to get me new Unit and repleace with defective one he is refusing to oblige.
He has stopped talking to me and he is not cooperating with us.

Now situation is A/C is lying at my home and it is not working at all,
Practiclay it functioned only for 6 days after installation on 12th May-2010.
Shall appreciat to know where I can file suit against the Dealer and VOLTAS so that I can get my money back..

dear sir i am living in paschim vihar delhi and i have bought 1.5 split ac siver elite vertis from SARGAM ELECTRONICS FROM PASCHIM VIHAR ON 20 MAY . FROM THE NEXT DAY IT NOT WORKING . I TOLD SARGAM TO REPLCE THIS UNIT WITH NEW ONE . BUT THEY ARE NOT REPLCING IT SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I don't even remember now, how many complaints I have come across for Voltas. And it is high time that people should get to know that Voltas is not to be completely trusted now. And I thoroughly believe that these need to be taught a lesson to be good to their customers like- LG, Daikin, Samsung etc... there are so many.

I have heard so many complaints regarding worst services offered by voltas AC's. There are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
