I purchase one refrigerator from Arvindra Elec Pvt Ltd , SCO 1112, Sec 32 Chandigarh ( Authorize dealer of whirlpool ) on 09.07.2008 ( Brand name Whirlpool ). At that time I was staying in Chandigarh ( Punjab ). The refrigerator was working fine because the season in Punjab pretty cool as compare to Mumbai. One 21.05.2010, I made a complaint thru My Mobile No 9417600384. The complaint was register with no CH0510002114 , as the refrigerator was not giving colling and not able to ice. After some time another complaint also made on CH0509008559 thru same mobile no. The service engineer visited the resident and change compressor of refrigerator. Also suggest us to put Scoop on the refrigerator which was supplies as cost of Rs 1750/-. After putting complaint another complaint were made, the service engineer visited and advise it will not give coolling and made ice as there too high temperature.e Meanwhile I transfer to Mumbai, I made another complaint vide complaint No MB0610006055 on 09.06.2010. But till date nothing happen.
