I bought a Fridge (Electrulux) from Better Deals, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar on
30-04-2006 (Model No. ERP245FF Serial No.61116646). It became non-operational
on 31-05-2010. Since it was under 5 years Warranty, I lodged a complaint. Company
mechanic visited on 1-06-2010 & diagonosed that its compressor needs to be
replaced by company itself (since Warranty was on).But even after 4 weeks,
and inspite of dozen e mails and assurances by company representatives,
compressor has not been replaced.

I have bought Videocon Refrigerator (VCL303 Ecofresh) from eZone, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi on 21/08/2010. (Bill No-144635211 dated 22/08/2010). The Refrigerator was delivered on 23/08/2010 and I was assured that the person will come from the service center for the demo within 24 Hours. Since the day one the referigertor was started, it is not performing well, as it should be (No cooling at all). I have complained about it many times to the eZone and to the Videocon service center (Complaint No -DEL2508100956). I have made about 20-25 calls to them. On every call they assured me that your call has been put on the urgent and it will be resolved within 24 hours. Even I have visited personally to eZone thrice to talk to them about it. But, now one week has been passed, but no solution is provided. I am fed up with their response and putting this complaint into your kind notice with a request to resolved the problem.
