i Had purchased the X force Vacuum cleaner last October , it got damaged in feb. ( hose pipe)

i had made several phone call to call center as well mailed to customer care but no. responce

i would personally recommend not to buy the Vacuum Cleaner or any other item with the sales personal coming on door to door marketing

highly disappointment when you not get the service
