I purchased one INVA TUBULAR IT 500 from Ghose Battery works Chinsura Stain Road Chinsura, PIN 712102 Bewt Bengal on 20-90-2009 vive cash memo number 3991 but the same was not installed by Ghosh Battery Works and I was asked to get it installed by ayn authorised electrician which was done.At that time I was told that one authorised person will visit my home and he will check all the things but nothing has been done so far. I called several times at mobile number 98307 13347 for the service of the battery and each time my home address was noted and no authorised person has been sent though I was told that one person will visit within one or two days.
When I called today at 10-15 hrs at the said mobile Ghosh Battery Works straightway refused to send any person and told to lodge complaint anywhere I like.

Findind no other way I am lodging this complaint against Ghosh Battery Works as wrll as EXIDE company so that I get relief from mental agony.
