I have purchased a refrigraor in 2006 and took its AMC after some time which has a validity till 2011. Now i m facing many problems with this refigrator and on complaining to its customer care there is no response. I lodged my complaint on 09/05/2010 & 15/05/2010 vide complaint no. 351789 & 355860 respectively.Thus i request Consumer court Forum to kindly help me.

My refregerator is not working from 3 months. I have done 3 time complaints by telephonically but problem is still pending. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
