I recently modified my bathroom and had all bathroom fittings from Johnson installed in my bathroom. The modification was completed in May and have been facing poor response from the support team.

In June I had raised issues with regards to my flush tank not working properly (the human waste does not get flushed out properly and there does not look to be enough force to wash away the human waste). I spoke to the Mumbai customer care center at least 6 times before I was provided contact numbers for Mr Saravan who heads Bangalore. I explained to him the problem and since it had been almost 2 weeks since my complaint was raied, I asked him what was happening. He explained that he could not see my ticket since there was some server problems and nobody informed him of the issue. Anwyays he agreed to send a person to attend.I had a tough time explaining the problem to the service engineer and he was adamant that flush had enough power and showed me how paper gets flushed out. I believe you would agree flushing out paper is not the purpose of a commode. Anyway, I am now in a make-shift mode and flush twice to clean the commode. I feel this is of least concern to the business of the organisation.

Two weeks back, the wall mixer unit in my bathroom broke and complaint 44047 was raised around 29 / 30th June. I was told someone would visit in 2 business days. Not having seen a response I spoke to Mr Saravan on 6th July and he did give me some excuse on system not working properly since server is being upgraded. I mentioned to him this would not be the first time I am hearing an excuse of the sort. He finally arranged a person who was supposed to visit us last Sat, who again postponed to Monday saying he would be here at 10.30 am. I waited till 12 on Monday and having not seen a response few days back as well , I tried reaching Mr. Saravan who has been so courteous NOT to answer my calls. Instead the service engineer calls me a few mins back and says he will visit and I need to wait.

Having invested hard earned money to purchase accessories from this well known company, would expect that customer service be taken a little more seriously and help resolve problems on time. This happens to be a really bad experience and I hope there is someone who can help address this.
