we want to lodge complaint against Heiar we bought Split Air Condition from this Haier on 26/03/10 model no.haierh su18lpb03.they sent two Electrician for fitting A/C but because of bad fitting Ac Came down from wall on 11th july 2010.we have paid 1500/- for fitting .we complaint them about this damage on 11th july 2010 still they haven't sent any one for repairing

I bought one HAIER CTV from Rajpal Airconditioners(An authorized Haier dealer, locality-Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, maharastra ) almost 3.5 months ago. I was given an warranty of 2 yrs with that. I stopped working 5th of June. After that I lodged a complain to their service centre. After several calls one mechanic came and after seeing the Tv he told that some more experienced mechanic to be sent since the damage is severe. But After that I have called them 3 to 4 times a day. Everyday they gave innovative excuses and till date my TV is not yet repaired. I contacted my dealer, customer care executives and the related service centre. Everything went in vain.

Please suggest me what should I do with the TV.

Refrigerator is not cooling from last 1 month, I had registered complaint on 14/15 May 2010.
Engineer visited on 20 May 2010 after a long calling and intimation procedure from my side.
The issue is fixed on 20th, he billed 1500 Rs. Billing include change of Timer and Visiting charges.

Haier Split Air... I think you must take your issue to some Haier officials, say like the head of the area branch. Because Haier Daikin India LG... these are very particular about their customer service and sales. It is just the junior member that is causing you trouble, I am sure. So they it to the senior level and they will take things in charge.

You must be kidding that the ac fell of the wall and if you are serious and the ac really fell because of bad fitting and moreover, these people have shown no concern they you have all the right in the world to sue them. Sue them legally and give them the example of pother brands' customer service. Like- Daikin Career etc they are superb.
