The Pureit team has a very bad service team who never responds to my complaints. I have bought a Pureit from Hindustan Unilever but its performance was not upto the mark & the filtration was not proper as well as the parts were damaged. I have lodged a complaint with their field executive as well their customer care, but till now, no action has been taken. I have also told that I will go to the consumer forum, but they are not taking the things seriously. I will never recommend any of my close ones to buy a product of Hindustan Unilever.

We had purchased HUL Pure it on Sunday and it started leaking the very same day ,it is very very dissappointing that a new product purchased has defects in new peice .
