    Default Complaint against LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd.

    Hi There,

    This is just to bring to your kind notice that, I purchased a refrigerator in OCT' 09 in the name of my father N.S. Tanwar and the door has been problematic from the first day of its purchase.

    I logged a complaint for my refrigerator door on 9th Jul 2010, complaint nbr - C1070912648. Your service engineer visited my home and ruined the condition of the door with his pliers and advised that other engineers will visit with new door. They visited but with an incorrect door and later advised me that they will come later.

    It has been more than one month and complaints still pending. Me calling LG cust. care number 1800 180 9999 at regular intervals and every time receiving a recorded message from cust. care executives that they are re-forwarding my complaint to service center. I have also spoken to Vinay (Supervisor of call center) but that also in vain.

    Regarding this, I have also spoken to Ms. Shobha Panday (CCO) on 16th July Friday and she assured me that on Monday, service engineer will resolve the problem but that too seems a false assurance.

    I have also forwarded the hard copy of above complaint to The Chairman, CEO, MD and Directors on 14th Aug through Speed Posts, but no reply from their sides.

    You are requested to look into the above matter asap

    Post complaint against lg electronics

    Hi There,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that, we purchased a LCD TV set in Sept' 09 in the name of Prabhu R. Kanojia from authorised dealer Snehanjali, vasai(west).

    I logged a complaint for the LCD tv on 15th Aug 2010, complaint no. - C1081721046. Your service engineer visited my home on 17th Aug 10 and checked for the panel replacement.

    It has been more than one month and complaints still pending. i have been calling LG service centre at regular intervals and every time received the same response that the part is in transit from Noida. I have also spoken to Mr. Prince - manager but that also in vain.

    You are requested to look into the above matter asap

    Question refrigrater model -4R T 312 4V- not working

    I had lodged a compalint about my fridge that it is not working properly on 15 Jan 2011. The Rep cameand he says that there is no prolem fridge is O.K.

    After 15 days it stopped cooling effects in lower cabinet and all foods items were becoming spoil/rotten then we again lodged complaint on 7 Feb 2011 (No. RN-8 - 110207077403) . The Rep came on 08 Feb 2011 and he diagonsed the fault that fan was stopped in upper frizer compartment. Accordingly to him frigde need to shut down for 02 days after melting the ice, it will give coolling effect.

    Yesterday on 10 Feb we on the frigde and fan start working for a moment then stopped.
    We contact again same rep and he assured that it will be replaced by tomarrow. But today he says that he is not getting the same part from the Co.

    This is very strange that such a big Co. and not able provide small essential part. Kindly see it and need to attend the same at priority basis.

    Default Dvd writer

    I had purchased a DVD writer through Infosolotions, 53A surya sen street, kolkata 700009, Sr. No. 004HUSQ061398 dated 28.07.2010. from the purchase date the writer was not working properly. after several complain to my vendor they send the writer on December at your service centre that Prosys Infosolution, 14 N. S. Road. surprisingly after 4 days they send a old machine attached a tag where my sr. no. written by hand. from that date I repeatedly asking for my own machine but no reply received. henceforth I asking you that LG Electronics is safe for us or not. Can I go Consumer forum for this kind of fraud or you can take the necessary action from your behalf.

    I have purchased a fridge from LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, Jaipur on 21.04.2011 .. Invoice no. 1533, from the day one the fridge is not in working condition some cooling problem. Call was logged for the same wide ref no. RNA110423016427 Dt 23.04.2011….. your engineer came and checked the fridge and provide suggestion to repairs the same from service centre… we were not agreed that time for repairs because this is manufacturing default and try to replace the same…. I called your area manager Mr. Ajyan - 9828503015 for helping me… but finally he said “Boss, we cann’t replace it but we repair on SOS basis”….. I agreed with Ajyan and again log a call vide ref no. RNA110428015917 on 28.04.2011….. no one come to my home for pick the phone after many calls to Mr. Ajyan, Chandrika – 9828503025 and Mr. Rajesh 9828503067…… after wating long time… I contacted on customer care toll free no. 18001809999…. Your customer care executive said that your call is already completed and our engineer comments are ok( means fridge is in working condition)… I surprised with the words with customer care executive … my fridge is in working condition and I am not aware….. your engineer is cheated me as well as your company also.. how he can close the call without customer knowledge and also not visit at my Home. I am not mad… and logged call third time…….


    In the mean time I purchased fridge from Samsung, because you are also aware that he hot summer is started in Rajasthan……

    Again I log a call for repairing the fridge on 09th May,2011….. awaiting your response…..

    I don’t know what’s the working style in Rajasthan…. And what kind of services provided by your customer care officers/ engineers….

    Can you hear me and provide the reasons for below mentioned points :-
    1. Call closed without my knowledge
    2. Call closed and shown Fridge is OK…. While no one visit at my home…
    3. No action is taken on my call logged on 09th May,2011…..

    Thumbs down lg refrigerator

    We bought a lg refrigerator and there is a problem in the cooling , following up with LG for past 7 days noone comes and they just pass time , pathetic service and very bad cust service .I spoke to more than 10 executives and their manager never comes online and doesnt pick up the phone - this is the worst exp i am facing . they dont have cust focus they just advertise and sell products .................................

    Default Complaint against lg my pcl_7407

    I purchased the above referred PC on 09 Oct 08 with a warranty period 03 years i.e. upto 08 Oct 11. Now the mother board of the same got crashed and has been replaced with another one of MSI Brand by an authorised representative of LG Electronics Pvt ltd. After replacement, the Audio/ Video graphics card software for said mother board has not been provided to me and in absence of same my pc is in dead position. Kindly do the needful to provide the software for making my pc active on top priority as my day to day urgent tasks are hampered.

    Default Complaint for Defective Airconditi​oner Model No. LWA5FW2DD1

    This is to inform that I had purchased LG Airconditioner Model No. LWA5FW2DD1 from "DENCO ELECTRONICS" located at Kingsway Camp, Delhi on 26th Dec 2010. After two months of its purchase, I had started facing problems with the AC cooling system because of water logging within the AC. The water should have gone out of AC, but instead remained inside the AC which had resulted in ineffective cooling.

    Regarding the above problem faced, we had lodged number of complaints with the LG-customer service and also with the dealer but no one have actually been able to resolve the problem. The Complaint No. which was given to us was 110518078396

    I’ve always relied on the LG brand & its service. Such behavior & inefficiency on part of LG Electronics is certainly not anticipated. It feels bad to learn that such unprofessional customer dealing can ruin company’s image & trust which company has been maintaining over the past many years. We all know that LG Electronics has goodwill & standing in the market as it provides great Satisfaction to its Customer.

    I believe your goodself will look into the matter & take proper action on our complaint to avoid mistrust & value the bond and association I share with LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd.

    I would highly appreciate & obliged the immediate action on my above complaint. Thanks in anticipation of your positive reply.
