I would like to register a complaint against Philips Authorised service center located at Thane and following is the address :

About a month ago i had called philips customer care for the repair of my Philips home theatre which was not functioning proper, after a couple of days Philips care representative name Rajesh visited my house, and checked home theatre system after some time he said there was some problem in hardware and need to take the machine to the service center, from that day the problem has started, i waited for a week to hear the response from customer care center but there was no response from their end and hence i thought of calling the care center, for which i received a center number 09702459972 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting**************09702 459972******end_of_the_skype_highlighting name Mr.Pande.
The person was very annoying and has not responded me properly each time i used to call, i used to get the reply from that person that your machine is under repair and the work will be completed in two days but that two days has changed to months and still i am not getting proper feedback from them.
Request you to please help me on this as its almost been more than a month and still i have not received my home theatre (DVD player).
