Default Complaint against Prestige gas from Big Bazaar

We have purchased a prestige 4 burner gas stove on june 23rd in Big Bazaar,OMR,Bangalore.
We used for the very first time on June 26th only.
When we started using it,we burnt only the 1st burner but the 3rd burner started burning and the flames started to spread the whole stove.
The same case happened when we burnt the 2nd burner too.
When we raised the complaint to Big Bazaar,they carelessly tells that its not their fault and they are only dealers and they cant responsibilty of the condition of any items displayed there in the showroom though we have 1 year warranty.
When we tried calling Prestige group,they irresponsibly answered that they will try and cant sure of helping.

Please justify

even i bought a 4 burner gas stove from big bazaar, Rcity, mumbai they were having a offer of gasstove + pressure cooker+ toaster+blender for Rs.6500 the gas stove is defective piece it leaks and also it suddenly caught fire oneday.
they are trying to dispose off defective pieces with such offers.

Thumbs down Gas stove knob leakage complaint

We have purchased a prestige 4 burner gas stove on 21-01-2011 in Big Bazaar,hyderabad.
We used for the very first time only.
The model no of stove is GT03L
When we started using it, there is a leakage of gas from the knob.
When we raised the complaint to Big Bazaar,they carelessly tells that its not their fault and they are only dealers and they cant responsibilty of the condition of any items displayed there in the showroom though we have 1 year warranty.
When we tried calling Prestige group,they irresponsibly answered that they will try and they given us a complaint number 273 dated 28-1-2011
Please justify

Default Prstige Black Coating Stove

HI,

We have purchase your prestige Stove Model no: GT 03L and serial no: KK 02315, on 23th Jan 2011.

Issue with the stove is that the black coating of the stove is removing it's coating and getting rusty.

Please provide the complaint No#, get it resolved ASAP.

Default Prestige Induction Cooker Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchaged one Induction Cooker from Big Bazar, Rajkot(Gujarat)on 8th Sep after 4th days it get out of order than we called so many times to care but no boday is responding. What we supposed to do? We have lots of mental tension for this product.
