I contacted Pureit Helpline on 13th to place a request for replacing my Battery Kit,the executive who placed my order(0496-44699) assured me that on 14th this will be done. To my suprise when nobody contacted me on 14th, i called up again at the helpline to register a complaint C 102441875,the executive told me that 100% the battery would be replaced on 15th july 2010. Today when again nobody contacted , I called at the helpline number to seek there help and just ended up getting another set of complaint numbers( C 102446746 and C 102447090) without any resolution or help.
These companies are playing with our Health as I have been forced by them to continue using the unpure water.
would request help from the Court to take serious actions against such comapnies who just believe in giving complaint numbers to the client and no service.
