    Default Complaint against PURE IT

    HI

    I contacted Pureit Helpline on 13th to place a request for replacing my Battery Kit,the executive who placed my order(0496-44699) assured me that on 14th this will be done. To my suprise when nobody contacted me on 14th, i called up again at the helpline to register a complaint C 102441875,the executive told me that 100% the battery would be replaced on 15th july 2010. Today when again nobody contacted , I called at the helpline number to seek there help and just ended up getting another set of complaint numbers( C 102446746 and C 102447090) without any resolution or help.

    These companies are playing with our Health as I have been forced by them to continue using the unpure water.

    would request help from the Court to take serious actions against such comapnies who just believe in giving complaint numbers to the client and no service.

    Angry Not satisfied with after sales service

    Dear sir/ma'am,
    It's being high time that i'm requesting pure it executives for the change of battery, the resource person comes when nobody is at the residence inspite of repeates instructions to come after 3.30pm but no response till now and also i'm not satisfied with the rude behaviour of the executive.

    Default Purit water purifier

    Dear Sir

    I would like to mention that i had bought a purifier 3 months back.There is some problem with the filter now and the water leaks. i have called the helpline and service centers multiple times but i have got no response.
    if this is the after sales service that is provided then there is no use of false claims and advertisments.

    Default PURE IT poor response

    Sir,
    I ordered a battery kit on 28/09/2010 for my 1500 litre pure it but till now(06/10/2010) i have not received any response,this is a recurring problem with you.if you are not able to supply the battery kit in time as you assured,please take your apparatus and give back my money.

    Ham pure it 1 saal se use kar rahe he,ham ne har baar bettery changes kar ne kiye call karte he par wo hame hamara order alwayes 1 or 2 week ke bad hi deliveryed kar te he, last time hame pure it se bettery, or pure it fillter net order kiya tha ,or unki severice pe bharo sa kar ke hum ne unke chang kiye gaye order go check nahi kiya or 2nd day jam usme water filed kar rahethe tab fiter net jar side se open tha call kar ne par bhi wo replace ni kar rahe ,or ulata hame hi galat thray rahe he,or replace kar nahi hare he, bettry to ham 3 month bhi nahi chalti phir bhi ham ne kabhi calim nahi kiya par jab gal ho raha ho to sahan nahi ho to "meri complaint against puer " it se he wo hame pure it ka filter net (jar) chang kar ke de

    Default cpmolain for compact carbon trap

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My Purit I.D. No. 1928352735 filter set was changed on 26.10.10 for Rs. 510.00. But it is observed that compact carbon trap is not functioning properly since no water is remaining in that chamber. Since at the bottom of the trap about 2 to 3 mm depth there is no carbon-trap. It is therefore, requesting to your good to change the compact carbon trap with due verification please.

    Angry Germkill Kit Problem

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have purschased pureit marvella on 04/09/10 my pureit ID :1929592658, at time of purchased the company said that the Germkill Kit, give life of 2250 liters, and Germkill Kit is expired in 93 days i,e on (07/12/10) but we family of five members and two of us go to office and come back in the evening by 8:30 pm. only three people stay in home we wont consume maximum of 8-10 liters of water in day. On average it showing 25 liters of water that is highly impossible to consume by 5 people, i have given complaint to Call Centre regarding this problem but there is no response from them my complaint no.C102974113 and C102963415.please solve the problem.

    Default Complaint against PURE IT service technician

    I would like to mention that i had bought a purifier 1 week back. and my pureit customer id : 1930386441 name yogendra Kumar Agrawal
    There is some problem with the purifier that it is not working. I have called the helpline and registered my complaint(Cmplaint No : C-113361067). After that pureit service technician(Deepak Mob No - 9899677347 and Pradeep Mishra - 9999013738) call me before coming and said that I will come for service if you will give me 50 rupees as service charge I told him that my product is under warranty How can you take money.And I again called the helpline for asking about it, they told me not to give any rupees to technician. and then I again call to technician and told him. But he again said if you will give me 50 rupees only then i will come. and he talk crudly with me. I told him to behave properly or else I will left with no option but to complain against him. He was not bothered and told me to go ahead and do the same and disconnect my call.

    I am surprise and shocked Hindustan Lever is such a well known company and has got such a bad service centre and customer representatives, which directly attacks the image of the company.

    Please look into the matter.
    This is the very serious matter.

    Default Fungus in Pure It

    Hi Sir,
    Myself Swapnil R Labhe,I purchased Pure It Auto Fill machine 2 months before from one of dealer's near to my place.Surprisingly I could see fungus in my Pure It filter 2 days before.When I called Customer care they said that technician will be sent at my place,Still no one turned up.
    This has to be taken care seriously and my whole machine has to be replaced from Pure IT.

    Default manufacturing defect of pureit marvella

    respected sir/madam,



    i have purchased pureit marvella on 14.6.11 and i am sorry to say that your product is not trustful to purchase .your service is very bad and we are not satisfied with it .as we bought it only one month and fifteen days before and we have complaint about it twice within this duration.i dont want to have your product any more so i want my refund .respond me within two days. my emailid : rajaram.silver @gmail.com

    Thumbs down Poor after sales service by Unilever's Pureit Marvella

    I have made the mistake of buying a marvella. In less than six month water started leaking and the machine stopped functioning.


    Even after repeated call to their so called "customer care" and
    email to the same department, no one has turned up for repair in more than a week, even after repeated assurance by them.


    So My advice, do not be fooled by their ad. The product is not great and the after sales service is worse. NEVER BUY A PUREIT MARVELLA ir any other product of the company Unilever.

    Default Incomplete kit of PUREIT

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that i brought the new pure it from d-mart, aundh pune. But when a person came from pure it then as per germ kill processor and candel is missing from the kit. Now no one taking the responsibility and due to this new pure it kept it as it is.
