    Thumbs down Complaint against pure it

    dear sir, madam.

    i have purchaged a pure it and after damag its germ kill bettry, i had booked a germ kill bettry for replace on 4th june 2010, but we didnt get replaced gkb till 12th june 2010. i had also made complaint against undeliverd bettry thrice time.

    they are not providing the services to counsumer

    Default Pathetic After Sales Service

    Dear Team,

    This first time we felt very uncomfortable while dealing with a very good product Pure It of Hindustan Unilever, this might be because of unawareness of higher staff towards the ground staff.I want to make you awared about them that we have ordered thrice your germ kill battery from 6th of June'10 and also made complaint twice but every time we get only assurance that it will be delivered in 24 working hour and every time we only received the call about the same but no one has visited till the time.Pls find the user id through contact No.5224025155 in the name of Mr.S.P Jaiswal.

    Waiting for resolution this time.

    Default Complaint against HL Purit water purifier

    Hindustan Lever"s product Purit water purifier is one of the 3rd grade product. Once customer purchased it then they feel that what mistake they done. My mistake I have purchased it and only in 10 months it stops working. I have launched 30 complaints ....but still not got any response. More over this their customer Care executives are also not enough educated that they understand the query and register it in proper way.

    On 29th of June their executive visited against our complaint.We asked for this ID Card to show....he said company did not provide the ID card.Then he shows his Kit and other accessories of Purit to prove himself.

    All this shows that this is a 3rd grade company.

    Default Puriet Cost Rs 2000/- is waste

    Hi ,

    I have purchased purit on 1/5/10 and on 27/6/10 , battery was fully red.
    I complained to your customer care no.
    But they are saying you were using more water. I dont know how can the 2 member family consume
    1500 ltrs water in one and half month. They are not changing my device.
    I am very much disappointed with the 2000/- cost purit.
    It seems to be waste of money.
    Service is also very poor.

    Please refer my email feedback complaints and calls i made in this connection.

    While thanking you for the efforts you have taken, I would like to share with you that the Consumer relationship is the most important one in any organisation. However, down the line the service personnel quality that matters the most. Today the service executive by name Mr. Prince had come and delivered the mid portion of the unit and germi-kill unit lower version at our house. But you see the new unit is having a big crack at the right side of the transparent unit.

    Even before I could see the same the the service person left the house. To my surprise, the brand new mid-unit portion has a big crack. How could this can happen. Is it so that you have only such sub standard spares only.It is not the way understanding the consumer better continuously. I first lodged the complaint on 30th July 2010, the service person have attended the work after 8 days but again placed a cracked unit and left. I request somebody at the higher level to come to our house and inspect the unit and the way the things are handled by your Chennai Unit in handling the customer complaints. All said and done by the HUL simply spoiled by the people who provide services to the customer. This is not definitely the consumer centric approach and thereby failing to meet our everyday needs of pure drinking water with Pureit brand. Even though the problem escalated to your level by feedback and innumerable calls to the help line even today it is not solved to the satisfaction of the consumer. One Mr. balaji, Mr.Prince and again one Mr. Krishna spoke to me over phone only to deliver a cracked mid-chamber. I feel like blaming my star for having purchased the world famous water filter with the with Rupees once crore challenge for purity of the water. I spoke to helpline just minute after the service persons left my house and lodged the complaint for the 100th time. I never had such bitter experience in my life before on any of the my earlier purchases. I only request you to take stern action against all the concerned to deliver goods and not to spoil the name of Hindustan Liver Company.

    Once again I request you to do the needful.

    Angry Pureit - Customer care is very bad & poor service.

    We have a Pure it wather purifier in our house. Last 15 days we are followup for service ragarding water filtration is not happen from Upper Jar to Bottom Jar with the filtration. There is problem which normal person can not find out easily. We raised compliaint 17 days back , we have received SMS from customer care register complaint no etc. But fact is till date and time my Water Purifier was not in use. I am very upset after purchasing such good company product, Service is not available. I ready to pay service charges also but no one attending our complaint..
    My heartly request if the Pureit company not provided such type of service then they should openly says in the market that after sale there is no guarantee of their own product.

    Angry worst service from pure it team

    to the customer care department,
    this is the most worst experience with Hidustan unilever company pureit Marvella model that i have oredered the germ kill kit on 16.05.2011 but unfortunately didnot get it on 19.03.2011. every day i have remind the customer care dept for the same and they assured us that they will send it to within 24 hrs at my residence.

    this is very shoking and knoking for HUL that customers are not so much happy with there post sale service. at the time sale they had committed the total wrong committment and misguide the customers.

    for the long term it will show the worst feedback for the company goodwill. Try to resolve it ASAP.
