I have lodged complaint in Samsung on 31st May for my Refrigerator problem. I am attaching the whole communication below for your reference. nobody has responded till now.

I believe that even whole customer care department is sleeping in Samsung. At least customer care heads should be customer focused.

I am regretting after buying Samsung product. LG is providing me services for washing machines same day. They even follow up directly with me about the service engineer arrival , but in Samsung I am feeling that the whole organization has no customer focus.
I will make sure that in future none of my friend buy Samsung product.
