    I believe that even whole customer care department is sleeping in Samsung. At least customer care heads should be customer focused.

    Default Complaint against Samsung India

    Ihave lodged comlaint (two times) in samsung ( support India) through mail against there service center for not repairing my Mobile set in warrenty period. They assured me to get solved my problem by saying that their service manager would contact me soon but no one responded till now more then ten days has passed. Please guide me what should should I do.

    Default Replacement fridge

    I bought a samsung fridge on 17-Jul-2010.
    In August they detected a manufacturing defect in the fridge, for which the
    technician told me that the fridge will be replaced in 20 days once the scanned copy of receipt is sent to "babu.rao@partner.samsung.com".
    I had sent the email on 17-August-2010.
    Its been more than 45 days and i am yet to receive the replacement fridge.
    Please look into this at the earliest and provide the replacement without further delay.

    Angry Non Service Provided by samsung Home Appliances

    I bought a samsung microve convention model No: CE137XAT-B/XTL, on 1st July 2010.
    Nobody came to install the model till 16th of July & when they came they could not give a proper demo as they were not trained in the New Model features.
    Since then 20 complaints have gone to samsung Toll free nos 1800 3000 8282 / 1800 11 0011
    & to the Pune Home appliances service Centre with no response till date.

    Post Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard Total REVIVA water purifier not working

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased "AQUA GUARD TOTAL REVIVA WP SYSTEM" from the sales office Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 25-Jan-2010 under invoice no.3099103728. The available bore well water here is not suitable for drinking. The agents of the Eureka Forbes Ltd had convinced us that this product is best suitable as a purifier for such water. After a month that we bought this machine, we got to know that this machine is not working well & we observed that the water is not getting purified.

    I met the 1) Authoried Franchisee of Eureka Forbes (Krishna Chaitanya Services, Vivekananda Nagar, Hyderabad), 2) Group Leader & Branch manager of Eureka Forbes Ltd, Ameerpet,Hyd several times, but invain.

    From then on, I called relevant offices and complained on the product. The BM sent the technicians occasionally on our persistent calls and informed us that the membrane filter is not proper. This became a monthly feature to us-- we make calls to them and at times they will come and check the product, but of no use.

    On their recent visit I overheard a conversation of theirs, which is as follows: "If correct and proper Membrane was fixed, this would not become a repetitive issue and so on....."

    Though we purchased the product in January i.e, 9 months back, for almost 7 months we bought mineral bottles from outside and we dint find our spending of nearly Rs.11,000/- [including installation of extra filter] as fruitful. This is causing us more trouble. Now we are in a situation either to get rid of this product totally or to get a good and new product which truely fulfills our need.

    My BP no. is 8416357760.
    The fridge is yet to be replaced even after repeated follow-ups.
    The person who was supposed to deliver keeps calling and gives us a time to deliver which does not suit my convenience. He calls up in the morning on any working day and tells me that it will be delivered in the evening, which he does not and gives some silly excuse for not delivering the fridge.

    Default samsung mobile set

    I have bought a samsung mobile set(s8003) on 4th May,which is a touch-screen operated.But it was not working after a month.I contact the authorised dealer(J.KumarMarketing Ltd,Ahmedabad) and they asked me to contact the service centre,which is a worthless place.The service centre returned me the mobile after a week and the same fault occurred again after fifteen days.Again I reported the service centre and they repaired the mobile after 20 days.Now I have got the same problem,which was of touch-screen.Now the question is if the problem rectify once again,how long it will survive?Or I have to go again and again to solve the problem?Is the service of Samsung company,which is a largest co in the world,like this only?I contacted customer care of Samsung about the problem,but they denied to do anything while the mobile was in service centre.It was a great mistake to me to choose SAMSUNG Mobile.I am trying to make contact with Samsung mobile ,but did not get it.

    I have a Samsung TV model no. CS 21 A9 . As soon as the set is switched on a continuous Tak, Tak,Tak.... sound is heard and indicator light blinks with it.
    I complained on 15/11/2010 vide complain BP no.8412484738 and on 16/11/2010 one mechanic visited my house after checking it he advised to bring the set at Hi Tech Solutions,Villivakkam.
    I request you to kindly send a experienced service engineer to check it afresh or and repair it at home or arrage to pick up the set for the service center.

    Unhappy Irresponsible attitude of Service center at Chennai-Techno care

    I have attached the letter sent to consumer forum seeking help. On 20.12.10 i have received a letter from Mr.Karthick of techno care that the instrument was ready on 15 th dec-10 and i did not collect. but on 15 th Dec-10 i was asked to come to techno care at 5 p.m to collect as a last assurance . But when i came once again they informed that there was shortage ofstaff and it will take 2 more days. left with no option i have approached the consumer forum on 16 th Dec-10.
    This shows that your branch service head mr.Karthick's attitude to register a false intimation letter dated 18.12.10. This has happened only after i have approached the consumer forum on 16 th Dec-10.
    We have seen sales office busy with customers for purchase. But This is where i have seen the service station , where the customers are impatiently waiting in turns (with out even space to sit-already there are nearly space for min 16 persons) to get their samsung moblies to be rectified.
    It is surprising , how a reputed organisation has recruited such employees. this clearly shows lac of trainning in terms of customer support, legal handlings etc.
    One thing Mr.karthick has failed to understand due to immature experience that before taking to legal forum, one would have create & register records. like wise don't you think i would have recorded all conversations with you staffs stating the dates of telecon as evidence.

    I, J.Srinvasa Babu residing at 10-C Brindhavan Apts., 1st Cross Street, 1st Main Road, Ramapuram, Chennai 600 089, is working as Senior Manager-Operations for Rajsriya Automotive Industries Pvt. Ltd., Plot No.706, Door No.20/137B, Poonamallee Avadi Road, Paruthipattu, Chennai 600 071. I am responsible for commercial activities of the company as of now.

    I have purchased a new Samsung Mobile Model No.C 5212 – 353350036364463 Dual Sim Card from Univercell Telecommunications India Pvt. Ltd., Pondy Bazaar, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 through Tax Invoice No.10164 dt. 3.8.2010, UTN No.2420436. The cost of the mobile with all accessories as per the invoice is Rs.5020/- which was settled immediately.

    The new purchased mobile did not work from 10.11.2010, since there was no display on the display screen. On 11.11.2010 when I approached UniverCell, Pondy Bazaar, they informed that if this was given for service to them, it will take 15 days and if I need it urgently, I can contact the authorized showroom Techno Care, Old No.142, New No.64, 1st Floor, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017, who will rectify in short duration, since this is under warrantee.

    Based on this, I approached Techno Care the authorized Samsung Service Centre at Habibullah Road, on 11.11.2010 and handed over my new Samsung mobile for rectification. They have issued a Work Order No.10TC1122 dt. 11.11.2010 stating that the mother board of the mobile has failed and it will take one week to replace the mother board, since stock of mother board was not available with them on that day. After one week when I approached them, once again they postponed the date stating that they have not received the spare mother board from their Central Office and it will take another one weeks time. Patiently I had been requesting them till 8.12.2010, but all in vain.

    I once again informed them any further delay in this replacement I will have to take it up for legal proceedings (when requested to replace me a new set, since they have not received the mother board, they expressed that they cannot support me by giving me a replacement) finally on 9.12.2010 when enquired in the evening, they informed that they have received the mother board and it will take two days to replace and to handover the mobile.

    From 11.12.2010 onwards daily they are postponing the dates and the reasons stated is shortage of staff. Yesterday 15.12.2010 afternoon at 2pm, when I asked for the final commitment I was assured that at 5pm on 15.12.2010 they will handover the set after replacing the mother board, in working condition. But when I once again went to their office, there was no proper response by the Service Staff and once again they informed that it will take time for them to replace.

    Initially when this issue has started dragging up, I have personally requested Mr. Karthik the Branch Service Head that it is very difficult for me operate without mobile, since I am handling the commercial aspect of my organization. Because of this defective mobile, I have lost all the contact numbers of my organization suppliers, customers executives and officials and all my friends and relatives numbers. Now I am in great difficult trying to recollect all the contact numbers from my old diaries and from my existing sources.

    Inspite of all this, I waited all along hoping that Samsung will solve the issue, since fair a chance has to be given to rectify, instead of accusing in the initial stage itself. But my views are found to be wrong and I have these below given points to legally file case against them:

    1. The reason for a quality approved product, manufactured from a reputed company to become defect within three months from the date of sales.
    2. The authorized dealer not supporting when the product sold by them are under warrantee have defects.
    3. Ignorance and negligence of the authorized service center of Samsung which has not supported in terms of rectification of the product under warrantee claims at the earliest
    4. Negligence of the service branch head Mr. karthik to monitor and followup the warrantee claims to be completed within a short period
    5. Since I came across physical strain and mental agony due to this, I request the honourable Judicial Dept. of India to consider that my rights to claim suitable compensation for the above is justifiable.
    6. I request that I would like to claim a full value of the amount paid to UnverCell for procuring the mobile for Rs.5020/-.
    7. Suitable compensation of Rs.5000/- towards my physical transit to the Samsung authorized service center Techno Care at Habibullah Road for more than seven times.
    8. A suitable compensation of Rs.5000/- towards the mental agony caused due to the above (to collect all my lost datas) which is an additional burden to overcome my day to day activities in my organization.
    I have attached the invoice copy & work order copy scanned for refference.
    ( a total of amount Rs.15020 /= only)
    I hereby request you to kindly consider the above and help me out on this regard.

    I had bought a refrigerator of samsung on 16 April 2011. When the person from samsung came to my residence to install it he found while unpacking the fridge that the upper door (freezer) has three-founr dents on it. He told that he will send a report and the door will be replaced. After making a number of phone calls( BP Number is 8424678020), they came on 22 April and replaced the door. But now he said that the screws of the door are loose, thats why the door is not closing properly. He promised me that he will come tomorrow (23 April ) and replace the screws. But till date (26 April 2011). Nobody turned up. Is this the after sale service of a big MNC. I am fed up with this behaviour of Samsung. If they are not competent enough to coop-up with the customer satisfaction what for they are here in India.

    Is there not any government agency who can look that if some multi-nationals come to India for business they are not harrasing their customers.

    I have lodged complaint (four times) in samsung ( support India) through phone against there service center for not repairing my LCD TV. They assured me to get solved my problem by saying that their service manager would contact me soon but no one responded till now more then three days has passed.     Default problem with swing system of a/c

    my father purchased an a/c model no.Samsung as185wbdnxtl from bharat electrostore. but the swing function is not working from the begging . then we loge a complaint to the dealer . then an engineer came but he can't understand the mistake ans said i will came in few days . after 5 days we again call the seller and he told i am sending same one but after that time we call him many time but his reply is not satisfactory .

    All customer don't by any products from Samsung...I was complainted for split AC comprasser problem within the warrenty period. They asking money for resolve the problem..and very hash Speaking customer care excecutives.


    Management have to take care of this Things.

    YOU should visit the shop from where you had purchased the micro oven.They will must consider your issue. You can consider Grill Oven.For more detail study of the behaviour of oven ,refer to manual book.

    With due respect I am fervently intimating You that I have purchased mobile model no S8300 IMEI no 359043024962883 from Agartala on 17/10/09 .But unfortunately this mobile set developed some mechanical faults and so it was replaced by the company"s
    authorised service center at agartala dated as 14/11/09 ,but with deep regreat I am forced to inform You that this replaced set bearing the IMEI NO 359043027435558 also developed same mechanical problem, on 02/02/2010 the authorised service center
    temporaraly mend the set ,but the problem remain the same. again I went to the service center on 18/07/11, but They are charging me huge amount for mending the set.. now I have come to the conclution that this very model is itself defecttive.
    So I am requesting You to change the model for me as I am deceived by buying this particular model.I am waiting for your reply.

    Thumbs down Nightmare with samsung service

    I reported a complaint to samsung regarding my Samsung RT31 fridge that the low end of the fridge is not cooling and food is getting damaged. They have send one from a local service center. He replaced two parts and collected Rs.901 from me including service charges. After that he told one more part has to be replaced - a heating element - which is not with him and he will bring and install it in two days. i have several calls to them and samsung customer care after that but there is no proper response. In the last call the service engineer is telling that part is not available and we can give you 10% of the invoice value as buyback. I paid 18990 in 2007 and now they are offering me 1800 for a fridge because a part which cost Rs.400 is not available with them. Its time that our government to take step in safeguarding customer rights against careless attitude of multinationals.

    I purchased one samsumg mobile(GT-S5350) setno:-358664030462199 from one mobile shop"Janata Stores" near Bidhannagar railway station kolkata on 29.6.2010. Within one year on April 2011 the mobile became faulty.The main problems were:1.NETWORK PROB. 2.ABRUPT BATTERY DISCHARGE 3.VERY SLOW BLUETOOTH TRANSFER 4.FINALLY ONE YELLO BORDER BOX WRITTEN THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE BOOTLOADER...SOFTWARE UPDATE VERSION IS REQUIRED.The shop keeper received the mobile and after seven days returned it taking a charge of Rs.495 within the warranty period of 1year.Again after a few days the set became faulty.I immediately went to my nearest service centre (0006298826) at saltlake and deposited my mobile set with battery on 16.8.2011 against the bill no.4113006076.But the mobile is not returned to me till date.

    I am a subdivisional officer working in BSNL-Saltlake.My mobile no. is 9433400212. I purchased it for my important office use.Now I am facing much trouble for this.Being a reputed company like samsung I cannot accept this type of dealing with customer.I want its redressal immediately.

    I made a big mistake of buying Samsung product (Refrigerator ,Wshing machine etc ) and I found their customer service is very very bad. My refrigerator is fault and I have been contacting customer care and daily reminding them. Every day I called them and they telling me that somebody will come and attend my complaint. Since eight days over my complaint No.8434671051 So I request you to kindly do the speedy action as soon as possible.

    It is very painful for me to spend Rs 9,500 to buy a samsung handset S7330.

    1 Month after I had bought it is start to malfunction. The up-right key ( ment for BACK operation) is functioning autonatically. ( I have lost bill of Purchase....another unfortunate)
    Customer Care dont seem to use repairing Skill ..........& respond in common answer " Sir its Mother Bord is out of Order and needed to change.........and cost is Rs 2,800............we had tries our best"

    On -pot, earlier, repairing cost was said around Rs 750. in Ujjain

    I show the same set to a local repair vendor in Muzaffarnagar city who repaired it in Rs 230.

    What a pity that customer care always use " Change Motherbord " as common term and for what......................I dont Understand.

    I dont recommend Samsung Set .....because customer support is very expensive.........

    Sir i have given my samsung mobile no C 3530 to the above service center on 18.10.2011 for the problem of slow charging. since then it is with the service center. before this it has been given thrice or four times for the same reason. they are not able to find the problem so far. they are experimenting with the mobile. its condition may be not in good shape after so many experiments for its parts. i have been talking to customer care regularly but no positive response so far. they assured me to get it back by 5.11.2011. i am very helpless in getting my mobile. you are requested to sort out this problem at the erliest so that i may get my mobile back

    Default Samsung Mobile - Galaxy Ace S5830

    I made a wrong option by purchasing a Samsung mobile handset which has made my life miserable.

    I purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE S5830 dated 06.10.2011 from CROMA, Ahmedabad.
    I am facing lots and lots of problem in this phone.
    My battery lasts for max. 3 hours. This phone has screwed up my life like anything. On 27th Dec, 2011 I have changed its battery via customer care centre but the result is the same.
    I think 1000 times before listening to songs, messaging anyone, playing games or surfing on net.

    I would suggest people not to buy samsung products.

    DISCLAIMER - SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!!!

    Please help me.
