Respected Sir,

I purchase SAMSUNG LCD Monitor from from SINGHI COMPUTERS (Nanpura, Main Road, Surat-395001) with full system at 11th August. 2010. I took it LCD Monitor at my home with BOX-PACK. I didn't open it at Shop. When i open BOX at my home, I didn't got VGI Cable in this pack.

I call at the Shop and told him about it, he gave me reply "CONTACT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE". I gave complaint at SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER. Complain Number is: 8416470066. He reply me, you must have to purchase cable.

Sir, Shop-keeper and Company both are cheating to customer with costumer. So, Please my request to Consumer Court, take action again them and give me my Right.

I would like to warn you as your such post harms my goodwill. As you wrote i gave u a seal packed Samsung LCD . What you claiming is none of my business. I am not at fault . Electronics are sold with seal only. Seal is symbol of trust.

I would also like to mention that you informed me after 2 days of your purchase that VGA cable is missing.
Someday you will claim i didnt get LCD inside pack. We cant entertain you on that. I replied you everytime kindly. So you cannot claim we are cheating . That's matter of you concern and not of mine . And even if you think so , oppose with legal procedure. We are ready. But your such acts wont be entertained . I hope you will take care of the same.
