a complaint was registered to repair my washing mashine at samsung service center,Davangere, Karnataka last month. sincew one month the service center is telling us that order has been placed for the part.Does it take months to get a required part after placing an order! See to it that my complaint is honoured or else i will be forced to approach the consumer court

Ur service is so cheap. 20 days already gone and till now there is no proper feedbak. It doesnt cost u anything but to us its vry expensive. Its in warranty and its only six mnths from buyin date. Its really pathetic to say that i have to approach consumer court.
