    Default Complaint against Samsung / Vijay Sales Baner PUNE

    Hello,

    I had just purchased a refrigerator from VIJYAY SALES Baner branch on the 23rd June 2011. After it was placed at my residence i was told to keep it off for 30 mins and then POWER ON. No testing was done on the refrigerator. We waited for more than 30 mins and then Powered ON the fridge. The very next day we found that its not working. We launched a complaint with Vijay Sales and they said that their Technical person will come to our Place and check it. It took 2 days for that person to reach our house that too we had to follow up continuously. He came and just powered on the Fridge then turned it off and said that he will put a request that this fridge needs to be replaced.

    He took my signature on his service sheet and left. I Followed the very next day with vijay sales and they told me that the engg has not given them any details. So i told them to give me another fridge as its very frustrating to Pay for something thats not working at all.

    The Vijya sales person Khusbu said that the engineer from samsung technical team will follow up with us. Which he did not. I had to call the Samsung service center and Vijay sales multiple times and then get a engg to my hous which was today.

    Now its been 7 days and i have a fridge in my house that is not working. I want a replacement for the fridge at the earliest possible time. I believe the Engg 'Elieas' who came today would give his reports by tomorrow afternoon and again i have to wait for 2 days or till monday to know as what will happen.

    I was insisting on every call to talk to a manager or a person in authority but every time i got the same answer that he is not available. I want to speak to some manager who can get my work done on urgent basis and make my life a bit simple.

    I was told by Vijay sales that the fridge was tested at there end and it was fine however today Mr. Elias 'Samsung Engg' said that those people do not have to rights to check the fridge. I believe the fridge was never checked and i was sold a FAULTY FRIDGE.

    Kindly do the needful.
