I have purchased a new Sony Bravia 32NX500 LCD TV in June 2010. Last week the LCD TV got switched off automatically and the display went bad. Its a new TV and not even a month old.
We had registered a complaint at the customer care centre (1800-103-7799) on the 26th of June 2010 vide complaint number 5517162 .
They assured us the call will be attended in 2 working days and inspite of we calling them they have only given us false assurances but no one has come to attend the same.
Being a company of such a repute their service was considered to be one of the best but nave never come across such horrible after sales service.
I had also registered a complaint thru their web-site and a lady from Delhi had called up but she was not in a position to answer any queries and gave a reason that she is from the call centre and will forward the call to the concern department.
If the complaint reaches the right person then would like them to please look into the same.
