i had bought a fully automatic videocon washing machine from NEXT lajpat nagar on 10- july-2010. i didn't get water inlet pipe inside the pack, i complined to NEXT SHOP (phone no 011-46517124). and videocon customer care but none of them are not lisning any complaint and they are asking for extra charge for that pipe.my mobile no is 9818408049. plz take suitable action.
