Dear Sir,
I have purchased a “Wherlpool washing machine” from “Vijay Sales (Satararoad Branch)" in the month of December 2010.
“Rat mesh” is the part comes along with the machine was missing when I received the delivery of the washing machine. I have requsted for the same on phone to Vijay Sales people many times ,but I didn’t get feed back from them.
Now they are saying I’ll have to pay for the “Rat Mesh”.
Dealer is saying it’s companies responsibility and company is saying it’s dealer’s responsibility.
Please suggest me what shuld I do?
